This is a general guide to how the trip typically unfolds. The exact daily schedule can vary based on prayer timings, group pace, weather, and other on-the-ground factors — Ziyarat days and free days may be reordered as needed.

Day 1 — Arrival in Jeddah, Transfer to Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport and transfer to Hilton Makkah Convention, 600 metres from Masjid Al Haram near Al Shubaikah Umrah entrance gate. Check in, settle into the room, rest after the long flight, and prepare for Umrah rites when ready.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites & First Tawaf
Perform Tawaf around the Kaaba and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah. November’s lighter crowds give more space at the Kaaba than any peak-season visit, and the hotel’s 600-metre position means returning between circuits is straightforward without a long commute.

Day 3 — Settling Into Makkah
A free day to attend all five daily prayers at the Haram and begin building the worship routine that 12 Makkah nights allows. The hotel’s 3 restaurants mean meals are handled on-site without leaving the property between prayers.

Day 4 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 1

Day 5 — Free Worship Day

Day 6 — Free Worship Day
A second flexible Makkah day. With three weeks total, rest days between more active days are built into the schedule rather than carved out of prayer time.

Day 7 — First Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
Friday prayer at the Haram — arriving early from the Hilton, 600 metres away, secures a strong position inside the mosque well before the crowd builds.

Day 8 — Free Worship Day

Day 9 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 2

Day 10 — Free Worship Day

Day 11 — Free Worship Day
Extended time at the Haram with full flexibility — Tawaf, du’a, Qur’an recitation, or simply attending prayers and returning to the hotel’s comfortable facilities between sessions.

Day 12 — Second Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
A second Friday prayer at Masjid Al Haram — two consecutive Jumu’ah prayers at the world’s holiest mosque is an experience exclusive to packages with 12 or more Makkah nights, and one pilgrims rarely plan for more than once.

Day 13 — Final Day in Makkah
A last full day of worship at the Haram — additional Tawaf, extended du’a, and a farewell Tawaf in the evening before preparing for the transfer to Madinah.

Day 14 — Transfer to Madinah
Check out of Hilton Makkah Convention and travel by road to Madinah, arriving at Crowne Plaza Madinah near Bab Al Salam — 150–380 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi. If you have a Haram view room, the Prophet’s ﷺ tomb courtyard is visible from your window on arrival.

Day 15 — First Full Day in Madinah
A full day at Masjid an-Nabawi — attending all five prayers, visiting Rawdah, and settling into Madinah at the unhurried pace that 9 nights allows. The short walk from Crowne Plaza to Bab Al Salam makes every prayer session logistically effortless.

Day 16 — Madinah Ziyarat — Part 1
Guided tour of Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Mount Uhud, with dedicated time for Rawdah and prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi. Private transport arranged from Crowne Plaza Madinah.

Day 17 — Free Worship Day in Madinah
