This is a general guide to how the trip typically unfolds. The exact daily schedule can vary based on prayer timings, group pace, weather, and other on-the-ground factors — Ziyarat days and free days may be reordered as needed.

Day 1 — Arrival in Jeddah, Transfer to Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport and transfer to Amjad Al Deafah, 1.3–1.5km from Masjid Al Haram. Check in, use the hotel shuttle if needed, rest after the long flight, and prepare for Umrah rites when ready.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites & First Tawaf
Perform Tawaf around the Kaaba and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah. November’s lighter crowd levels give more space to focus on the rites without the congestion common during Ramadan or summer peaks.

Day 3 — Settling Into Makkah
A free day to attend all five daily prayers at the Haram and begin building a worship routine. The hotel shuttle makes it easy to attend every prayer without the 1.3–1.5km walk each time — useful for the first few days before the routine is established.

Day 4 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 1
Guided half-day visit to Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Jabal Thawr, and the Makkah Museum. With 12 nights in Makkah, this is the first of two Ziyarat opportunities rather than the only one.

Day 5 — Free Worship Day

Day 6 — Free Worship Day
A second flexible day in Makkah. With three weeks on hand, rest days between more active days are a built-in part of the itinerary rather than a compromise.

Day 7 — First Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
Friday prayer at the Haram is one of the spiritual centrepieces of any extended Umrah. Arriving well before the adhan — the hotel shuttle helps with timing — secures a good position inside the mosque for the khutbah and prayer.

Day 8 — Free Worship Day
A day of personal worship at the Haram, with flexibility to revisit the Kaaba during quieter prayer windows and spend extended time in du’a.

Day 9 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 2
A second guided or self-directed visit to Makkah’s historical sites — a second climb to Jabal al-Nour carries different weight after a week at the Haram, or time can be used to explore sites not covered in the Day 4 tour.

Day 10 — Free Worship Day
A rest and reflection day — one of the defining advantages of a 21-night itinerary is that not every day needs a schedule. Pilgrims often find the unplanned days among the most spiritually meaningful.

Day 11 — Free Worship Day
Extended time at the Haram with flexibility to focus on specific prayers, Qur’an recitation, or personal reflection ahead of the second Jumu’ah in Makkah.

Day 12 — Second Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
A second Friday prayer at Masjid Al Haram — something only a 21-night package with sufficient Makkah nights can offer, and one of the experiences pilgrims most often highlight from longer trips.

Day 13 — Final Day in Makkah
A last full day of worship at the Haram, with a farewell Tawaf in the evening before preparing for the transfer to Madinah.

Day 14 — Transfer to Madinah
Check out of Amjad Al Deafah and travel by road to Madinah, arriving at Zowar International Hotel — just 180–300 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi.

Day 15 — First Day in Madinah
Settle into Madinah with an evening prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi and a first visit to the Prophet’s ﷺ resting place. With 9 nights ahead, this first visit can be unhurried and reflective.

Day 16 — Madinah Ziyarat — Part 1
Guided tour of Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Mount Uhud, with dedicated time for Rawdah and prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi.

Day 17 — Free Worship Day in Madinah
An unstructured day for extended prayer and personal reflection at Masjid an-Nabawi — the kind of unhurried day that defines what a 21-night Umrah offers over shorter packages.

Day 18 — First Jumu’ah at Masjid an-Nabawi
Friday prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque is among the most spiritually significant moments of any Umrah journey. Zowar International Hotel’s 180–300 metre distance means arriving early for a good position is straightforward.

Day 19 — Madinah Ziyarat — Part 2
A second visit to Madinah’s historical sites — more time at Quba Mosque for voluntary prayers, a revisit to Mount Uhud, or exploration of sites not covered in the Day 16 tour.
