My Umrah Packages accepts no responsibility for information provided by third parties, including Service Providers. We recommend you verify all information presented on or linked to from our website directly with the relevant Service Providers. The prices, packages, tours, flights, and other details shown on our website are subjected to change without any notice. The post-purchase price increases may occur due to other additional costs imposed by Service Providers or Governmental Agencies. You may be charged extra fees by My Umrah Packages to cover the increased costs for example fuel surcharges, taxes, and foreign exchange fluctuations. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize My Umrah Packages to charge your credit card for such amounts without further approval.
The travel products and the services described on our website are subject to availability. Please note that all documents issued to travelers are non-transferable. These documents may also include, but are not only limited to, visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other documents confirming an arrangement with a Service Provider. These documents may also have conditions, such as being non-refundable or subject to the cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to must familiarize yourself with these conditions.
If any Service Provider is unable to deliver or modify the services for which you have contracted, as your remedy lies solely with that Service Provider and not with My Umrah Packages. Should My Umrah Packages receive payment by credit card, you agree not to seek chargeback or recover your payment from My Umrah Packages.
Unless otherwise agreed to by My Umrah Packages in writing, you are responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas, and health information.
Umrah visas are subject to any last-minute changes from Saudi Arabia, in case of any changes from the government or unforeseen reasons if you don’t get visa, Aerolinks Travel Limited is not liable for any refunds of part or full payment towards the Hotel package, flights or any other product or services purchased relating to this.
The Consular Section of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C., and the N.Y. Consulate have established rules and regulations regarding Hajj and Umrah visas. Please visit their official website for the further information. In addition, if you plan to perform Hajj, you must register online with the Ministry of Hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the designated deadline. This online registration is independent of any registration made through My Umrah Packages’ website. Failure to register properly with the Saudi Arabian authorities may result in the denial of your Hajj visa. My Umrah Packages is not responsible for any visa denial due to non-compliance with Consular or Ministry requirements.
As of the 2016, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced an increase in Hajj and Umrah visa fees of up to $500, subject to change at the Ministry’s discretion. My Umrah Packages is not responsible for estimating the visa fee, and you must agree to pay the required fee once your visa application has finally been processed.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has now implemented a Value Added Tax (VAT) on most goods and services, effective January 1, 2018. VAT is collected by all of the vendors and payable to sacred General Authority of Zakat and Tax of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (GAZT). GAZT determines the exact VAT amount. The VAT is in addition to the price of the package and will be due at the time of payment.

All Service Providers are independent contractors and not affiliates or agents of My Umrah Packages. We must not liable for any actions, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, negligence, breaches of contract, personal injuries, deaths, property damage, delays, or other damages or expenses resulting from Service Providers. My Umrah Packages will not issue refunds due to delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure, terrorism, or any causes beyond our control or for any loss or damage due to improper passports, visas, or other documentation. We are not responsible for any additional expenses, delays, omissions, re-routing, or interference by government or legal authorities, including changes to the Islamic (‘Hijri’) calendar. You understand that the Islamic calendar may change relative to the Gregorian calendar, which will eventually potentially affect your hotel, flight, and other travel accommodations, and you agree not to hold My Umrah Packages or its representatives liable for any such changes or their impacts on your pilgrimage or rituals.
The information, the software, products, and the services provided by us or our main suppliers or published on our main website may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information and disclaim all liability for any errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any of the pricing errors on the website and on pending reservations made under incorrect prices. In such cases, we will offer you the several opportunities to keep your whole reservation at the accurate price or cancel your reservation without penalty.
My Umrah Packages is not responsible for any traveler who is missing any part of their package due to no fault of ours, including, but not limited to, travelers selecting flights outside the published package and tour dates. In such cases, travelers will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred to rejoin the tour. No changes will be made after departure, and we will not redeem any part of the payment for unutilized services.
We are not responsible for any traveler’s preference for performing religious rituals according to specific interpretations; all religious rituals must be performed under the guidance established by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
My Umrah Packages will use USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS to return your documents unless you provide a pre-paid label for the courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any of the delays, any loss, or the damages resulting from the return/back of your documents by these courier services. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for all documents sent via courier. If you wish to purchase insurance for shipping documents, please inform us at the time of your registration, and you will be billed accordingly.
Please be aware that your participation in packages operated by My Umrah Packages involves certain risks and dangers beyond our control, including but not limited to traveling in the undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means; natural forces; political unrest; the acts of lawlessness or the terrorism; and accidents or illness in remote regions without access to rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Cheap Umrah Deals will not be liable for any access to or provision of the medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered nor for any of the losses, damages, deaths, injuries, or claims arising from or connected with your package. By agreeing to participate in a package and optional excursions, you acknowledge that you hold Cheap Umrah Deals harmless regarding the access to or the provision of medical care or adequacy of any care received.
Please note that certain aspects of this tour package will be physically demanding and also it require a certain level of fitness for full participation. You must agree and warrant that you are physically and mentally fit (including, but not limited to, being able to walk up to three miles in desert heat, tolerate temperatures exceeding 130°F, endure significant air pollution, and utilize facilities that may not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990) to travel and participate in packages operated by My Umrah Packages. It is your responsibility to research all destination(s) and activities to determine your fitness and ability to participate at the required level. You further certify that you do not have any physical, mental, medical, or emotional condition that would endanger yourself, other guests, or any other individuals. You agree to hold My Umrah Packages harmless and acknowledge that we shall have no liability for any part of the tour you are unable to participate in due to your health and fitness level. My Umrah Packages also reserves the right to refuse the service, passage, disembark, or then confine any guest whose physical or mental condition or behavior, in our sole opinion, poses a risk to their well-being or that of others. If you are denied service or confined under these terms, you agree that My Umrah Packages will not be liable for any refunds or compensation and that disembarkation will be at your own expense. You will indemnify My Umrah Packages and may be charged for any expenses incurred related to your disembarkation.
My Umrah Packages strongly recommends that you purchase third-party insurance to provide the adequate coverage for the medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation or curtailment. Individuals are responsible for financing any necessary medical treatment and other contingencies at the time of occurrence and then reclaiming these costs from their own insurance. You will need to provide documentation to your insurance company to facilitate a claim. Please be aware that insurance coverage has exclusions. Insurance must always be purchased and paid in full upon booking to take effect. To the extent permitted by law, you release My Umrah Packages from all liability, costs, damages, claims, and expenses (including direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses, whether in negligence or otherwise) arising from any loss of baggage.
My Umrah Packages accepts payment via checks, money orders, or wire transfers. Your complete payment is considered made only when we receive it. The credit card payments may be accepted also with an additional processing fee.

Your booking is only confirmed once your registration/application is approved by My Umrah Packages, the deposit is received, and you receive a written confirmation. Reservations may be automatically canceled unless payments are received by the applicable deadlines. Special conditions may apply to the prices listed on the website. To determine such conditions, please get in touch with us or the relevant Service Provider. Review your booking invoice thoroughly and contact your travel agent or My Umrah Packages immediately if it appears incorrect, as changes may not be possible later. Payment of a deposit holds your reservation but does not guarantee the price. All the fees imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), including Hajj and Umrah fees or related to ritual animal sacrifices, are charged separately and not included in any package or program. My Umrah Packages reserves the right to reject or refuse any of the application for any reason at any time prior to the departure.
