This is a general guide to how the trip typically unfolds. The exact daily schedule can vary based on prayer timings, group pace, weather, and other on-the-ground factors — Ziyarat days and free days may be reordered as needed.

Day 1 — Departure from the USA
Depart from your chosen US city — Houston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Dallas. Most routes run 14–18 hours with one connection. Your agent confirms your full itinerary and travel details before departure.

Day 2 — Arrival in Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer to Emaar Elite Makkah, 1.5–1.6km from Masjid Al Haram near King Abdullah Expansion Gate. Check in, rest after the long flight, and prepare for Umrah rites when ready.

Day 3 — Umrah Rites & First Tawaf
Perform Tawaf around the Kaaba and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah to complete the core Umrah rites. December’s 22–28°C temperatures make the walk to the Haram and the Tawaf itself considerably more comfortable than a summer visit.

Day 4 — Settling Into Makkah
A free day to attend all five daily prayers at the Haram and begin building a worship routine. With 8 nights in Makkah, there is no pressure to fill every day from the start — the hotel shuttle makes attending every prayer straightforward regardless of the hour.

Day 5 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 1
Guided half-day visit to Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Jabal Thawr, and Jannat al-Mu’alla. December’s cooler temperatures make the Jabal al-Nour climb manageable for most pilgrims. With 8 Makkah nights, this is the first of two Ziyarat opportunities. Private transport arranged from the hotel.

Day 6 — Free Worship Day
An unstructured day for additional Tawaf, Qur’an reading, and personal du’a at the Haram — one of the built-in advantages of the 14-night format over a shorter trip.

Day 7 — First Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
Friday prayer at the Haram — one of the spiritual centrepieces of any extended Umrah stay. Arriving early via the hotel shuttle secures a good position inside the mosque for the khutbah and prayer.

Day 8 — Free Worship Day
A flexible day in Makkah — extended Tawaf, personal du’a, or quiet reflection at the Haram. Many pilgrims find the middle days of a longer Makkah stay the most spiritually settled of the entire trip.

Day 9 — Makkah Ziyarat — Part 2
A second guided or self-directed visit to Makkah’s historical sites — a return to Jabal al-Nour with more context after a week at the Kaaba, or time spent at sites not covered in the first tour. Private transport from the hotel.

Day 10 — Second Jumu’ah at Masjid Al Haram
A second Friday prayer at Masjid Al Haram — exclusive to packages with sufficient Makkah nights and one of the defining spiritual experiences of a 14-night itinerary.

Day 11 — Final Day in Makkah
A last full day of worship at Masjid Al Haram — additional Tawaf, extended du’a, and a farewell Tawaf in the evening before preparing for the transfer to Madinah.

Day 12 — Transfer to Madinah
Check out of Emaar Elite Makkah and travel by road to Madinah. Check into Emaar Taibah Madinah, 140–450 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi — close enough to walk to evening prayer on arrival.

Day 13 — First Full Day in Madinah
A full day at Masjid an-Nabawi — attending all five prayers, visiting Rawdah, and settling into Madinah at the unhurried pace that 6 nights allows.

Day 14 — Madinah Ziyarat
Guided tour of Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Mount Uhud, with dedicated time for prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi and a visit to the Prophet’s ﷺ resting place in Rawdah. Private transport arranged from Emaar Taibah Madinah.

Day 15 — Jumu’ah at Masjid an-Nabawi & Final Prayers
Jumu’ah prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque — a short walk from Emaar Taibah Madinah — followed by a final morning of prayer and reflection before transferring to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport for your return flight to the US.
