My Umrah Packages
3 Star January Umrah Package 2027 - 10 Nights from USA ($499/pp)
January’s post-holiday quiet makes a 10-night Umrah feel different from any other month — the December crowds have cleared, both Haramain are at their calmest, and stretching the trip to 10 nights costs less per night than the 7-night option at $499/pp versus $452/pp. At roughly $49.90 per night, this January package places you at Nada Al Diyafah, just 150 to 180 metres from Masjid Al Haram in the Ajyad Al Sud district — one of the closest 3-star positions to the Kaaba available — and Emaar Taiba Madinah, 140 to 450 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi with free private parking and room service.
The 6-night Makkah and 4-night Madinah split gives pilgrims enough time to settle into a genuine prayer routine at both Haramain, complete a full Ziyarat tour in each city, and access Rawdah across more than one Madinah session — all in January’s 20–27°C temperatures that make the daily walks to both mosques comfortable throughout. Flights are available on request from Houston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas with most routes running 13–19 hours.

Nada Al Diyafah Makkah
Nada Al Diyafah is located in the Ajyad Al Sud district, just 150 to 180 metres from Masjid Al Haram — a position that places it among the closest 3-star hotels to the Kaaba in Makkah. At that distance, the walk from the hotel lobby to the mosque takes under 3 minutes, making attending all five daily prayers on foot entirely effortless across the full 6-night Makkah stay. Rooms are air-conditioned with flat-screen TVs, an electric kettle, free WiFi, and a private bathroom throughout, with a 24-hour front desk available for any assistance during the stay. Ta’if Regional Airport is 74km from the hotel, and the hotel’s proximity to Le Méridien keeps it well-positioned within the broader Haram precinct.
For a 3-star package at $499/pp, Nada Al Diyafah’s sub-180 metre proximity to the Haram is exceptional value — pilgrims are effectively within the Haram neighbourhood for all 6 Makkah nights without paying luxury hotel rates for the location.
Emaar Taiba Madinah
Emaar Taiba Madinah sits 140 to 450 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi — with the closer end of that range placing some rooms within a 2-minute walk of the Prophet’s Mosque, and the furthest rooms still within a comfortable 5-minute walk for all five daily prayers across the 4-night stay. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms equipped with a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with bed linen and towels, a fridge, and free private parking — a practical set of amenities for a 4-night extended Madinah stay. Reception staff speak Arabic, English, and Urdu, which makes communication straightforward for US-based pilgrims. Quba Mosque is 5.4km away, Qiblatain Mosque 5.8km, and Mount Uhud 8.1km — all within easy guided transport range for the Ziyarat visit included in the package.
Four nights at 140–450 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi gives pilgrims a full extra day in Madinah compared to the 7-night package — time for a complete Ziyarat tour and still a full free day at the Prophet’s Mosque for additional prayer and Rawdah access.
Your 10-Night January Umrah Itinerary
This is a general guide to how the trip typically unfolds. The exact daily schedule can vary based on prayer timings, group pace, weather, and other on-the-ground factors — Ziyarat days and free days may be reordered as needed.
Day 1 — Departure from the USA
Depart from your chosen US city — Houston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Dallas. Most routes run 13–19 hours with one or two layovers. Your agent confirms your full itinerary and travel details before departure.
Day 2 — Arrival in Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer to Nada Al Diyafah, 150–180 metres from Masjid Al Haram in the Ajyad Al Sud district. Check in and rest after the long flight — the Haram is a 3-minute walk whenever you’re ready.
Day 3 — Umrah Rites & First Tawaf
Perform Tawaf around the Kaaba and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah. January’s 20–27°C temperatures and lighter crowds make both the walk to the Haram and the Tawaf itself comfortable and unhurried compared to any peak month.
Day 4 — Settling Into Makkah
A free day to attend all five daily prayers at the Haram and begin building a worship routine. With 6 nights in Makkah and the mosque a 3-minute walk away, spontaneous visits between prayers require no planning at all.
Day 5 — Makkah Ziyarat
Guided half-day visit to Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Jabal Thawr, and Jannat al-Mu’alla. January’s cool temperatures make the Jabal al-Nour climb manageable for most pilgrims. Private transport arranged from the hotel.
Day 6 — Free Worship Day
A flexible day for additional Tawaf, Qur’an reading, and personal du’a at the Haram — one of the built-in advantages of 10 nights over 7. The hotel’s 3-minute proximity means the Haram is as accessible as stepping outside.
Day 7 — Final Full Day in Makkah
A last full day of worship at Masjid Al Haram — additional Tawaf, extended du’a, and time for a farewell visit before the transfer to Madinah tomorrow.
Day 8 — Transfer to Madinah
Check out of Nada Al Diyafah and transfer by road to Madinah. Check into Emaar Taiba Madinah, 140–450 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi. Evening prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque is a short walk from the hotel, with free parking available for any luggage arrangements on arrival.
Day 9 — First Full Day in Madinah
A full day at Masjid an-Nabawi — attending all five prayers, visiting Rawdah, and settling into Madinah at the pace that 4 nights allows. Reception staff speak Urdu and English for any assistance needed throughout the day.
Day 10 — Madinah Ziyarat
Guided tour of Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Mount Uhud, with dedicated time for prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi and a visit to the Prophet’s ï·º resting place in Rawdah. Private transport arranged from Emaar Taiba Madinah.
Day 11 — Final Prayers & Departure
A final morning of prayer and reflection at Masjid an-Nabawi before transferring to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport for your return flight to the US.
Which Umrah Package Suits You Best?
For pilgrims planning a 3-star 10-night Umrah in January, this package delivers the strongest proximity-to-price combination in the January 3-star lineup — Nada Al Diyafah’s extraordinary sub-180 metre position near Masjid Al Haram across 6 Makkah nights and Emaar Taiba Madinah’s 140–450 metre proximity to Masjid an-Nabawi across 4 Madinah nights, at $49.90 per night in January’s quietest travel window.
For pilgrims who want hotels with upgraded amenities and even closer positioning to both Haramain, our 4-star January 10-night package at $769/pp offers a meaningful step up in room quality and hotel facilities across the same 10-night structure.
For the most premium 10-night January experience, our 5-star January 10-night package at $883/pp places you in luxury hotels with fine dining and full concierge support across both cities throughout the stay.
Private transport and guided Ziyarat in both Makkah and Madinah can be arranged across all three tiers, with January’s cool temperatures and quieter Haramain making the 10-night format comfortable and unhurried at every star level.
Makkah Ziyarat
Nada Al Diyafah’s 150–180 metre proximity to Masjid Al Haram places it within the immediate Haram neighbourhood, with Makkah’s main historical Ziyarat sites accessible via guided transport arranged from the hotel. Jabal al-Nour, home to the Cave of Hira where the Prophet ï·º received his first revelation, is the most significant stop on the Makkah Ziyarat tour — January’s 20–27°C temperatures make the climb more comfortable than any summer month, and the site’s quieter January atmosphere adds to the experience. Jabal Thawr, where the Prophet ï·º and Abu Bakr (RA) sheltered during the migration to Madinah, and Jannat al-Mu’alla — the historic cemetery where many of the Prophet’s ï·º relatives including Sayyida Khadijah (RA) are buried — complete the guided Makkah visit. Private transport for all Makkah Ziyarat visits can be arranged as part of your package.
Madinah Ziyarat
Emaar Taiba Madinah’s 140–450 metre proximity to Masjid an-Nabawi makes it a well-positioned base for Madinah’s Ziyarat visits, with guided transport arranged from the hotel and reception staff available in Arabic, English, and Urdu. Quba Mosque (5.4km), where the Prophet ï·º prayed upon arriving in Madinah and which carries voluntary prayer rewards equivalent to Umrah per hadith, is within easy transport range. Qiblatain Mosque (5.8km), where the qibla direction changed from Jerusalem to Makkah mid-prayer, and Mount Uhud (8.1km) — site of the Battle of Uhud and the resting place of the martyrs including Sayyiduna Hamza (RA) — complete the guided tour. With 4 Madinah nights, pilgrims have a full free day at Masjid an-Nabawi after the Ziyarat visit — something the 7-night package’s 3 Madinah nights doesn’t allow. Private transport for all Madinah Ziyarat visits is available across all package tiers.
Why Choose January for Umrah
January sits in the calmest stretch of the Umrah calendar — after December’s holiday crowds and well before Ramadan demand builds — and at 10 nights, that calm works harder than it does on a shorter trip.
Best Value and Affordability
At $499/pp across 10 nights, this package works out to $49.90 per night — lower than the 7-night rate of $64.57 per night, and exceptional value given Nada Al Diyafah’s sub-180 metre proximity to Masjid Al Haram. January’s low-demand pricing holds stable across all 10 nights without holiday surcharges or Ramadan premiums affecting the rate.
Families
January's mild weather, typically in the high 70s to mid-80s°F, is considerably easier on children and elderly relatives than the intense heat of summer months, and Nada Al Diyafah's near-immediate proximity to the Haram means fewer long walks for younger or older family members across the 10-night stay.
Working Professionals
For pilgrims stretching a longer break to fit a 10-night trip, January's quieter crowds and both hotels' walkable distance to the Haramain mean less time lost to transport and more time available for prayer, rest, and Ziyarat across the extended stay.
First-Time Pilgrims
A 10-night first Umrah benefits considerably from January's milder crowds and comfortable weather — with Nada Al Diyafah sitting just steps from the Haram, there's less to navigate logistically, letting first-timers focus on the rites themselves rather than transport planning.
