My Umrah Packages Services
My Umrah Packages specializes in arranging Hajj and Umrah travel services from the USA, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, visa processing assistance, and full pilgrimage packages.
We act solely as a booking and coordinating agent between travelers and third-party Service Providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and local tour operators in Saudi Arabia.
Although we select reliable suppliers and strive for accuracy, we do not own, operate, or control these services. Therefore, all bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the Service Providers.
We make every effort to keep information on our website up to date. However, prices, itineraries, schedules, and availability may change at any time due to supplier or regulatory updates. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
If suppliers change their rates or the government imposes new taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency adjustments after you book, you authorize My Umrah Packages to modify your total amount accordingly.
My Umrah Packages is a private company and is not associated with any United States or foreign government offices or embassies (collectively referred to as “Governmental Agencies”). My Umrah Packages is not responsible for the granting or denial of documents. We act solely as a “Booking Agent” for travelers, arranging services and products provided by third parties like the airlines, hotels, meals, tours, buses, or other transportation suppliers in connection with our travel packages (referred to as “Service Providers”).
Our website and marketing materials display information about travel destinations, airfares, agent locations, flight schedules, tours, packages, insurance, transportation, foreign currency, and more for your convenience. While My Umrah Packages makes every effort to ensure that the vital information provided by Service Providers is accurate and up-to-date, you agree that My Umrah Packages is not liable for any inaccuracies.
Many of the services and products in your travel booking are provided by these Service Providers, meaning you will enter into separate contracts with them for those services. Service Providers offer their services according to their own terms and conditions, which may limit or stop their liability to you. We encourage you to must review any applicable terms and conditions set forth by the Service Providers.
My Umrah Packages accepts no responsibility for information provided by third parties, including Service Providers. We recommend you verify all information presented on or linked to from our website directly with the relevant Service Providers. The prices, packages, tours, flights, and other details shown on our website are subjected to change without any notice. The post-purchase price increases may occur due to other additional costs imposed by Service Providers or Governmental Agencies.
You may be charged extra fees by My Umrah Packages to cover the increased costs for example fuel surcharges, taxes, and foreign exchange fluctuations. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize My Umrah Packages to charge your credit card for such amounts without further approval.
The travel products and the services described on our website are subject to availability. Please note that all documents issued to travelers are non-transferable. These documents may also include, but are not only limited to, visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other documents confirming an arrangement with a Service Provider. These documents may also have conditions, such as being non-refundable or subject to the cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to must familiarize yourself with these conditions.
If any Service Provider is unable to deliver or modify the services for which you have contracted, as your remedy lies solely with that Service Provider and not with My Umrah Packages. Should My Umrah Packages receive payment by credit card, you agree not to seek chargeback or recover your payment from My Umrah Packages.
Unless otherwise agreed to by My Umrah Packages in writing, you are responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas, and health information.
Hajj and Umrah Visa
Umrah visas are subject to any last-minute changes from Saudi Arabia, in case of any changes from the government or unforeseen reasons if you don’t get visa, Aerolinks Travel Limited is not liable for any refunds of part or full payment towards the Hotel package, flights or any other product or services purchased relating to this.
The Consular Section of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C., and the N.Y. Consulate have established rules and regulations regarding Hajj and Umrah visas. Please visit their official website for the further information. In addition, if you plan to perform Hajj, you must register online with the Ministry of Hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the designated deadline. This online registration is independent of any registration made through My Umrah Packages’ website. Failure to register properly with the Saudi Arabian authorities may result in the denial of your Hajj visa. My Umrah Packages is not responsible for any visa denial due to non-compliance with Consular or Ministry requirements.
As of the 2016, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced an increase in Hajj and Umrah visa fees of up to $500, subject to change at the Ministry’s discretion. My Umrah Packages is not responsible for estimating the visa fee, and you must agree to pay the required fee once your visa application has finally been processed.
Value Added Tax (VAT) Policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has now implemented a Value Added Tax (VAT) on most goods and services, effective January 1, 2018. VAT is collected by all of the vendors and payable to sacred General Authority of Zakat and Tax of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (GAZT). GAZT determines the exact VAT amount. The VAT is in addition to the price of the package and will be due at the time of payment.
Use of the My Umrah Packages Website
The My Umrah Packages website is established solely to assist the customers in gathering specific travel information, determining the availability of travel-related services, and making legitimate reservations. It is offered to you on the condition that you accept these Terms & Conditions without modification.
As a condition of using the website, you warrant that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to My Umrah Packages for the portion of services in question.
Travelers agree to hold us harmless for any claims arising from supplier actions, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping and Handling of Documents
My Umrah Packages will use USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS to return your documents unless you provide a pre-paid label for the courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any of the delays, any loss, or the damages resulting from the return/back of your documents by these courier services. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for all documents sent via courier. If you wish to purchase insurance for shipping documents, please inform us at the time of your registration, and you will be billed accordingly.
Safety
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule specified in your invoice.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Check or money order (payable to My Umrah Packages)
• Bank transfer or wire
• Credit card (processing fees may apply)
Deposit and refund policies:
• Hajj Packages – $2,500 non-refundable deposit
• Umrah Packages – 25% of the total package price (non-refundable)
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if available, depend on supplier rules at the time of cancellation and may include additional administrative fees.
Late or missed payments may lead to automatic cancellation of your reservation without notice.
Fitness and Health
Please note that certain aspects of your Umrah or Hajj tour package can be physically demanding and require a reasonable level of fitness and endurance for full participation.
By booking with My Umrah Packages, you confirm and warrant that you are physically and mentally fit to travel. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to:
• Walk up to three miles in desert conditions,
• Withstand high temperatures that may exceed 130°F,
• Tolerate exposure to significant air pollution, and
• Use facilities that may not meet the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
It is your responsibility to research all destinations, activities, and environmental conditions before booking, and to determine whether your health and fitness level are appropriate for the experience.
By confirming your booking, you also certify that you have no physical, medical, mental, or emotional condition that would pose a risk to yourself, other guests, or anyone involved in the tour.
You agree to hold My Umrah Packages harmless and acknowledge that we are not liable for any portion of the tour you are unable to participate in due to personal health or fitness limitations.
My Umrah Packages reserves the right to refuse service, deny boarding, require disembarkation, or confine any traveler whose condition or behavior, in our judgment, poses a risk to their safety or that of others.If you are denied participation or confined under these terms, you agree that no refunds or compensation will be provided, and any additional expenses related to your removal or medical care will be your sole responsibility. You further agree to indemnify My Umrah Packages for any costs or losses incurred due to such circumstances.
Insurance
My Umrah Packages strongly recommends that you purchase third-party insurance to provide the adequate coverage for the medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation or curtailment. Individuals are responsible for financing any necessary medical treatment and other contingencies at the time of occurrence and then reclaiming these costs from their own insurance.
You will need to provide documentation to your insurance company to facilitate a claim. Please be aware that insurance coverage has exclusions. Insurance must always be purchased and paid in full upon booking to take effect.
To the extent permitted by law, you release My Umrah Packages from all liability, costs, damages, claims, and expenses (including direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses, whether in negligence or otherwise) arising from any loss of baggage.
